Mono Amniotic Twins

Hello,
This is my first post here. I found out I am having Mono Amniotic Twins. I am 8 weeks 5 days. Currently I am having weekly ultrasounds with my fertility doctor until I can get into the specialist at the end of the month. 
Does anyone have advice on going through this kind of pregnancy. I refuse to research google. I have been warned not to. My sister actually had Mono twins 18 years ago with no issues but I am curious what people have been through lately with this diagnosis.

    Mono-mono or mono-di?  I'm a firm believer in you do what you need to do.  Twin pregnancies can be totally uncomplicated and easy-peasy, very complicated and high risk and everything in between.  This board is a great resource.  Ask specific questions and you'll get a plethora of answers.  I had a complicated mono-di pregnancy that had nothing do with with the sharing of an amniotic sac.  But I'm nearly a year out and have delightful and very healthy girls.  Good luck and enjoy the ride.

    BPF 02/19/12, EDD 10/31/12, natural m/c 02/28/12 (4w6d)

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)
