Ok ladies, this isn't my first time nursing, but I really held back on getting nursing tops last time around and I'm thinking they'd make sense this time around. So, for those of you that have been through this rodeo before, what are your favorite tops or brands for tops? Also, explain the nursing tanks to me. Do you wear them instead of a nursing bra? Does that mean you're basically wearing 2 layers (tank and then whatever top you're wearing for the day)? That seems awfully hot for summertime in the south.

I would wear just that top daily. It has the support already built in.

ETA - I'm larger on top, so I found most tanks really uncomfortable and not supportive enough. Also, they took forever to dry if I leaked and showed the leaks. With a separate bra, the whole leaking issue usually only impacted the bra and not my outer layer.
I love this tutorial and I will be doing this to a few of my normal camis.
