What are you grilling this wknd?

What are you having for the 4th of July weekend? Include sides you're planning to have as well. :) We're going to have BBQ chicken wings and ribs. Sides will be grilled corn on the cob, vegetable shish kabobs, corn casserole, greenbean casserole, garlic bread, baked beans, watermelon, and raspberry lemonade to wash it all down. We'll probably have Mac n cheese for the kids too. Makes me drool just typing this all out. Edit: potato salad too. We tend to go a little crazy on the sides. Lol

    Whoa....thats a lot of delicious sounding food! Is it just your family or will you have extra guests too? We will be having bacon cheddar beer burgers, spicy corn salad, pasta salad and watermelon. Who knows about dessert....I don't need one but I want one!!

    With my in laws. 7 adults and 2 kids. Still not a lot of people. Haha

    Doing a block party.. grilling shrimp, chicken, turkey burgers doing some dice, potatoes with onions, macaroni salad and mac and cheese with a vegetable platter and fruit salad

    Ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, corn on the cob, potato salad, mac & cheese, watermelon, veggie tray. Grilled peaches and plums w/ mascarpone whipped cream for dessert.

    Oops I forgot about the mac & cheese when I bought stuff for potato salad today. Maybe I'll do coleslaw instead of potato salad...
