AW and Style Advice

We finally picked a date and are getting married at the end of this month. Today is pretty boring work-wise, so I'm trying to plan a little. We are just doing a JOP wedding, but I still want to look cute and have a small bouquet, etc. I'm at a loss when it comes to accessories.. Like shoes, jewelry. I want to look cute, but classic. Do you guys have any advice? Here are pictures of my dress and bouquet inspiration. My apologies if the pics are gigantic.

Well first of all, yay! Congrats on setting a date! If you're going for classic, maybe some pearls? I'm a huge fan, I didn't want to be overly bling-y for my wedding so I wore some simple white pearl stud earrings. Or maybe you can wear a pearl necklace and some simple diamond studs? Or even any gemstone color would be nice. Shoes, well you could always get a cute pair of flat strappy sandals! I haven't been wearing heels for a while, but you could also do a low wedge heel, maybe a neutral shade so you can use the shoes again?

I am a fan of interesting shoes. I chose to do blue shoes as my something blue, but if you wanted white shoes and add a pop of color, you could paint the soles.

I love the colors in that bouquet!

I went simple with the jewelry and accessories.

Thanks ladies! I like the pop of color with the shoes idea. I might do a pink or the light aqua color in the bouquet? I'm thinking either color in shoes or jewelry, so it's not too much but is still fun.

Congratulations on setting a date! That dress is pretty and it's understated. I feel like you wouldn't need to go really fancy with the jewelry. I like how it's styled in the picture with simple jewelry or like PP said with pearls. I think you should go the same direction. I'm with @TheOtherJacobsons I LOVE interesting shoes! I lifted my wedding dress and mine were bright red!

Beautiful! I would probably stick to jewelry that is gold or white gold (depending on your preference) or pearls. I would let the gorgeous boquet be your big pop of color.

I love pearls, so I always vote for pearls for weddings. They're so classic. And that bouquet is gorgeous. Otherwise I'm the opposite of a fashionista, so I'm no help.

I love the dress and flower selections. The flowers are so pretty I would be inclined to do a loose up swept hair thing and throw a flower in the back. Also I think a locket would be really pretty with the dress on a ribbon or long chain.

And if you are comfortable in heals still a peep toed kitten heal in a color would be really cute.

Another vote for pearls! Or maybe borrow some jewelry from your mom or grandmother that is pretty - that'll get you your something old and something borrowed.

As for shoes, you could go white or do something daring like dye shoes to match your main bouquet color.

Fun, colorful shoes for sure! I wish I would have done that for my wedding. I would keep the jewelry understated and I would probably just do a stud of some sort and no necklace. My bridesmaids wore these earrings in my wedding and I also have a pair that I wear with pretty much everything. (They look much prettier in person)

I vote for the simple jewelry. Like pearls.

Then a pop on color with your shoes is so cute.

I also like the swoop style of hair with a flower in the back.

Congrats! Where is that first dress from? I used to have one just like it in black. It was the best! Wore it out and then repurposed the skirt of it after I outgrew the top.
