Night Pumping

My 6.5 month old is starting to sleep through the night (FINALLY!). He is waking up and fussing around 1 - 2, but usually goes back to sleep with a paci. For the past month or so, he would then wake up around 3 - 3:30 a.m. for a feeding. Last night and the night before he has skipped that 3 a.m. feeding and slept straight thru to 6:30.
Needless to say I'm waking up really engorged. Should I wake up and pump for the next week or so just in case this new STTN phenomenon doesn't last? I'm afraid that if he starts waking again wanting to nurse in the night my supply will have dropped off.
But on the other hand....I'm getting sweet, sweet sleep.
What would you do?
