I was reading your blog and noticed you were a new teacher. I recently graduated with my degree last June too. I was lucky enough to get a job at a local school district this fall also. It can definately be stressful and a little overwhelming.

I was wondering if you guys had to take a "praxis 3".

    I'm not a new teacher. This is year 10 and I can't believe it.
    You know, I am getting more pressure about getting pregnant from my 15 yr old female students than I am getting from my mother in law! They know I got married in June and insist I have a baby before they graduate.

    Gotta love our profession!

    My DH and I have decided not to tell anyone that we are TTC. My students (I teach 8th grade.) keep telling me that I will be so cute pregnant. They even told the history teacher that I was pg. haha!
