How Big is your Diaper pail?

I got my KangaCare pail liners today...what size pail should I get? Is a plastic pail okay?

  • Plastic is fine.  At the risk of sounding like I'm trying to be a smart alec, get pail or trash can that fits the size of your liner.

  • I got a tall trash plastic trashcan from Target.

I have a planet wise pail liner and just bought one of those plastic Rubbermaid garbage bins with a lid. The liner would fit on a bigger pail but that size works well enough for us.

  • ok, ty!

I thought I remembered hearing that plastic will absorb odors over time. So maybe be prepared to bleach or sun the pail periodically.

Baking soda and vinegar works great for this.
