I honestly don't know how I pulled this off, but I am 1/2 pound lighter today than I was last Thursday, even with the bachelorette party weekend! I'm stoked and it makes me feel so much more motivated.
Im out of town so I'm working hard to keep my diet in check. I'm still working out, but can't do my full routine. My goal is to have maintained my weight by the time we get back home.
Been doing good- holding strong! Running & doing BBM workouts.
DH wants to start working out again. Which is amazing! When he & I workout and eat right together we do very well. It's hard to eat a salad & salmon while he eats a pizza.....
Didn't run today- day 3 & I have horrible cramps. Just going to sit on my heating pad until I can muster enough energy to take Z to the park.
It's so hot out. My phone said it was 92 but felt like 107. I was like uhhhhhhhhhh (

Today was Day 60 of BBM so I had to weigh in and do measurements. In two months I'm down 5 inches in my waist, 3 in my hips, and 1 inch in my chest. I was down another 1.5 lbs this week, too. But I have only lost 5 lbs since starting BBM. I got serious about my eating three weeks ago, so I'm hoping that will help the weight start coming off faster. But I'm feeling good and motivated!
I did my first yoga class today. I enjoyed the moves, just disliked the instructor. She was a sub, though, and the regular instructor is the wife of one of my H's coworkers, so I think I'll like it better when she comes back next week.
HFM ruined my work out Tuesday since dd couldn't go to preschool or the gym daycare. She went back to school today so I went back to the gym! I'm tracking everything I eat and hoping that my weigh in on Saturday will show some results.
