Would you judge a mom for changing a baby's diaper on a blanket in the play place area of a mall?

Vinny, I was just thinking that after OP revealed why she was asking that all the people who voted yes are probably thinking, "Crap, it's a good thing polls are anonymous!"
poop is getting on the table. As far as the OP's situation and the others mentioned, you do what you have to. My DH gets all uptight about where we change diapers and it drives me nuts.
Restaurants, stores, etc -- I use the changing table in the bathroom. If there's no changing table and the floor is relatively clean, I use a changing pad on the floor or change on my lap in a stall. I've never been to a restaurant w/ a baby that didn't have a changing table AND was too disgusting to change on the floor or on my lap.
I also agree with LaLa -- I think age plays into appropriateness. If my 2 year old had a poopy diaper, I'd be booking it to a restroom or to my car. Wiggly toddler + legit nearly-adult-sized poop = more privacy required. I'll change her from her diaper into a swim diaper/swimsuit poolside, but poop is a whole different ball game.
Man, I have a lot of rules for public diaper changes. Woof.
Plus some changing facilities are disgusting!!
