So happy to see everyone delivering precious babies. I'm so jealous! Another appointment today and OB says Olivia is staying put, I'm not dialated and probably going past my due date. Anyone else (im)patiently waiting?

Yes I am! 38+5 today, and no progress. She's head down, but not engaged, and I'm not dilated or effaced at all. Cool thing is that it can progress quickly once it starts, so I'm just hoping for that! Best of luck to you!

Yes. My due date is today and had a dr app yesterday. Not dilated at all

next week we have an ultrasound and nst to make sure he is still happy if he doesn't come before then. And then induction July 15th. I was so convinced he would come early and the waiting around is killing me.

Today's my due date. I was 3cm last week and am about 5cm now but still not in active labor since contractions aren't regular and are still not too uncomfortable. We went ahead and scheduled an induction for Friday. Hoping it'll go quick since I'm, like, halfway there already. I'm totally freaked out about not making it to the hospital before then since I'm already 5cm.

My LO seems happy to stay put for now too, despite all the BH contractions I've been having for weeks. I'm impatient but trying not to stress--no one stays pregnant forever, right?

If I weren't having a RCS tomorrow, I'm sure I'd be pregnant forever. I haven't felt a single real contraction and still feel pretty good most of the time. Same thing happened with my second baby - made it to RCS date without contracting/dilating at all. Makes me wonder when/if these babies would ever come if I were going the VBAC route.

I'm impatiently waiting too. All these BH, nausea, and bathroom trips have me more than ready for LO to arrive. However my maternity leave officially starts tomorrow so I'd also enjoy a few days of relaxation too before little one debuts. 8->

Same, due on Friday. As of my appointment Monday I'm not dilated at all. No real labor symptoms either. I go back next week for a NST and appt and we'll likely schedule my induction then for the 14th. Impatiently waiting!

Same here. I haven't had any signs of labour at all. I had an US today and see my OB tomorrow, fingers crossed that some progress has been made!

I'm not so impatiently waiting... But I'm more than a little scared for my induction scheduled for Sunday... My due date was yesterday and as of Monday no nada going on down there... Just that he is head down but not engaged...

Same here & I'm not very good at being patient this time around! 39 weeks today, and only a fingertip dilated yesterday with no effacement (though softening, apparently. Woo.). I had originally scheduled an induction for my due date (next Wed) but my OB said if things aren't favorable on Monday and there's no progress, she doesn't want to induce... I understand this, and totally appreciate that a c/s is more likely if induction goes forward with a low bishop score, but OMG I WANT MY BABY HERE NOW. lol. Soooo... I try every old wives tale in the book.

I'm 39+4 and sealed up tight

. I see my OB again tomorrow, and last time we talked, she was planning to induce me on the 8th. Here's hopping little man decides to make an appearance before then.

I'm 39+5 and even though the bottom of my cervix is dilated, the top part isn't. So now they are telling me that if there isn't enough progression by next Friday's appt they are scheduling an induction for the following week. I don't want that at all!

Baby - come out on please. We can have a nice long weekend together!

Last week at my appt my cervix was closed but the outside was "floppy" lol..go back today hoping for a little progress! I'm also not so patiently waiting.

Yes, 40+4 and I'm a STM. It's annoying, but normal. Some babies need a little extra time:)

I've been 70% effaced and a fingertip dilated with baby's head engaged since week 36. I'm due this Sunday. I've always prided myself on my patience, but this is getting ridiculous. I don't know if it's the hormones having effect as well, but honestly I'm just in this pouty pissed off mood that she's not coming yet... My induction is scheduled for the 17th. I kind of feel that if I'm pregnant that long I'll either end up driving my husband to divorce or spiraling into some weird manic-nesting-depression combo. Probably both.
