When did it start? Its been 12 hours and she's starting to get warm but nothing bad, almost 99 underarm temp. She's been sleeping most of the day with smiles in between so I think she feels ok. I'm trying to avoid Tylenol but its getting close to her 6 hour sleep stretch and I don't want it to spike in the night. Should I just check her in the middle of the night or give tylenol before? I don't want to hinder her immune response but also don't want her feeling yucky. I'm totally over thinking this I'm sure but any thoughts are really appreciated!!
