Medicine for DC?

I have about 30 dollars left in a flex spending account, that I have to use today.  Can you guys think of any medicine I should have on hand for DS?  I have Tylenol, Motrin and saline drops already.  I haven't had to give anything yet, so I have no idea what I might need.
