  but, but...I'm NOT mobile! I was mobile the first time you mentioned the dots, so I didn't look for them, but now I'm not...
  
  I'm using Firefox on an Apple computer; does that matter?

  I logged out of my account and saw the dots.  They serve no purpose as far as I am concerned.

  I always have the banner, even when I am logged in... Or did. Haven't checked on my MacBook lately. Must go try. As soon as I get up for the day and the kids are fed. The dogs, too.
