I thought it would be fun to name your "best friend" during nausea since right now mine is pretty bad and constant. For me it's freeze pops and peppermints
This is a genius post!! So far I have found ginger ale, gum, and candy keep my nausea down. Only to return right after but atleast it's a little break!
Crystal Light is all that I have been able to stomach these last two days. Hopefully some sprite, or ginger ale, and saltines will do the trick also. FX!
Plain dry cheerios get me started in the morning. If I have a really bad bout, a few sips of cherry coke and something carby (slice of bread is easiest).
I'm 7w3d and the nausea has just started like 3 days ago. It's an all day thing too so I've been living on ginger ale, saltines, pepermints and bland chicken when I can stomack it. Before this I was eating everything in sight and boy am I missing those days!! lol. Hand in there ladies and thanks for the help!
Usually something with protein like some cheese cubes. I also bought some jolly ranchers because I've heard those work well. Jury's still out - I feel like they work but then I suck on so many I feel sick from the sweetness. Just can't win!

Ah I need to find mine still! I tried ginger ale, zofran, b6/unisom combo, preggie pops, saltines, water... I can't keep a damn thing down, and I'm terribly dehydrated! Come on 2nd trimester!
Where have you found ginger candy? I've never seen any before.

Really you found ginger gum? This is really amazing me. What brand was it? That way I don't stand at CVS in the front walking back and forth looking at gum.

Hmm ok I've never heard of it. When I was prego with my daughter my MS was so bad they told me to get the sea bands you wear on your wrist. But gum seems more appealing.

I don't have morning sickness yet but when I was pregnant with Ds2 my morning sickness was awful and all I want was ramen noodles...breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gross but so good at the time.
I think there is something to the temperature. Ice cold ginger ale or water works for me- a little, but only if ice cold. Lately I'm super nauseous but craving greasy carbs at the same time. Then I eat what I'm craving and want to throw up- sigh. Seems like you can't win!

oh wow...so good to know im not alone...all i have been eating is crackers, peppermints and gingerale!!Im concerned about the lack of water im getting but i cant stomach water right now..just gingerale
I'm miserable! No vomiting but the nauseau is really getting to me! Nothing sounds appealing in the least bit and my stomach constantly stays empty then when something finally does sound good I devour it and then that makes me sick can't win for losing here ginger ale keeps leaving this disgusting sweet taste in my mouth been trying to drink as much water as possible sea bands seem to be helping a little though and peppermints have helped me as well good luck to everyone !
I have been pretty lucky so far with minimal symptoms. But when I let myself get super hungry, I start to feel sick. Small cans of ginger ale have been doing the trick for me. And ice cream. Lots of ice cream.
I like the nerds candies. Not tons at a time but just a few to suck on and I feel much better. Also apples- they've been my biggest craving along with water, I just want to drink constantly and it doesn't make it go away but something about it helps
Preggie pops drops worked for me and really cold fruit, ice cold water with ice, and soups when I could bear it. My morning sickness lasts all day throughout the day it's starting to slow up now thank god for these posts at least I know I'm not alone

Peppermint gum, specifically Stride Sweet Peppermint.
And loads of water. I feel like I'm drinking Lake Erie on a weekly basis.
I also have peppermints and ginger gum in my purse for emergencies!
