  Hope everyone is feeling well and having a happy Monday!

  
  

  Checkin: Everything is status quo as of now, had another u/s on Thursday along with some spotting still. Everything is continuing to look healthy with a heartbeat of 170 bpm. Hoping all stays this well and I can end the first trimester with less worry. I have my first regular ob appointment this week with the Doctor who initially found the cancer, so I'm excited to celebrate with the office as I know they've all been pulling for me.

  
  

  QOTW: I just finished reading "Brain on Fire: My Month of Madness" - so incredibly well written and enthralling. I couldn't put it down and finished it 48 hours!

  2 more days until I'm done with the 2 WW...Wednesday morning can't get here soon enough. I'm trying my best to stay positive and just BELIEVE it worked. One thing I can't stop doing is googling every single feeling I have, which I know isn't productive. But aside from that I don't feel like I've been overly stressed, thankfully. DH and I said I wouldn't test before going in and we wouldn't talk until he gets home Wednesday, I'm excited and scared! 

  
  

  Not sure about favorite, but I went to see 'The Fault in Our Stars' this weekend and although heartbreaking, it's a such great movie. I may have to read the book now.

  1. How are you feeling? Next steps? Any news/events to report?

  Physically, I'm starting to slow down. I had a friend fly in to throw a baby shower for us on Saturday and it was a dream come true! But I think I pushed myself way too hard in the days leading up to it and the morning of the shower, I couldn't even walk. I've got sacroiliac joint dysfunction that I irritated so much that I regretted not taking it easy. But I'm not complaining, I'll take every ache and pain as long as this baby girl keeps cooking along! I'm 34w4d today and have 28 days (or less) to meet her. We couldn't be more happy!

  
  2. QOTW: Best movie, tv show or book you've seen/read lately?I watched a bunch of the 2013 Oscar nominated movies and loved the ones I saw. Gravity, Wolf of Wall Street, Nebraska, and that American Hustle (I think that's the name?) Now I need more recommendations to keep me busy!

  Check in: started e2valerate today. My e2 level was 5 (nurse said it needs to be below 80). My next lab is Saturday, then Tuesday I'll have an u/s to check my lining. If that looks good my fet will be July 18.

  Cant find a donor that is healthy and available.  Looking at being happy with just the two of us.

  Update: 7/2 is my endometrial biopsy for the Receptivity Test... Ugh. Having already been through 2 endometrial biopsies, I am not looking forward to this at all... But, I'm desperate for answers and this seems to be the only test left that my RE feels is appropriate.
  
  Other than that, still exploring our next steps. Not feeling hopeful at all about our FET.

  Check in: 8weeks tomorrow with twins due Feb 10th which we will see how close i will get to that. With all my two kids i went one week over on the dot & my surro i went 2weeks 2days over so i think i bake them long lol i know with twins i will not go that long. now if only the all day MS would get better, today is really bad I can't keep anything down :-<

  GL to everyone cycling! MY FET is scheduled for this week. I'm not optimistic, but we did want to give it another shot with our two remaining frosties. QOTW: for TV, I like House of Cards, Breaking Bad, Orange is the New Black. Not much time for movies.

  Sorry I was not able to check in last week, was at a writing retreat and wifi was poor at best. Hugs to those who need it, congratulations on milestones and BFPs.
  
  1. How are you feeling? Next steps? Any news/events to report? I had my endometrial biopsy yesterday and my cervix did not want to cooperate making the process extremely uncomfortable and painful. He had to do it twice! Waiting for results - can take up to 14 working days!
  I'm going to attempt to do 30 days of hot yoga and use a better acupuncturist - one who specializes in fertility (they are out of network so a little bummed out about that) it's not cheap! Trying to lose weight and cleanse before my next transfer!

  AFM I have another u/s tomorrow. I'm 6 wks and saw the sac last week. Fx everything is still on track tomorrow. Happy 4th to you all

  Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

  PAIF check-in: My babies have been born! Monday (33w3d) at 2am I had DH take me to L&D for severe pain in my lower right abdomen which the triage dr said was just Baby A's position...didn't really buy that explanation. However, after monitoring my BP the dr called my OB who decided a c/s needed to be done ASAP. My sweet babies were born around 8am Monday. They are both doing good and should only need a few weeks in the NICU. A few hours ago I was finally able to hold my boy and in a few minutes I'm supposed to be able to hold my girl. I'll post a birth story on PAIF with more details when I have more time.

  We hit seven weeks today.   Had the first US last week where we saw the heartbeat via Facetime. Very cool.  So far so good.  We are going to attend the next US in just a few weeks.

  ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
  Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

  12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
  2/11/13 - DEmbryo FET #1 Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts. 
  2/16/13 - First BFP of my life @ 6dp5dt! EDD 10/30/13
  3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.
  
  6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!  
  9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
  9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
  9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d.
  

  
  11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
  11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
  Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
  6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!
  
  Snowflake baby is a girl! 
  Our beautiful Snowflake girl arrived on July 22, 2014!

  Ivf #3 Antagonist Protocol April 2013

  Shared cycle..Donor cycled in July Got 12 eggs 9 fertilized and 8 frozen!!

  DE FET #1 Sept. 3rd 2013 FIRST BFP EVER 5dp5dt

  miscarried Sept 24th at 5 weeks 5 days

  Etopic  D&C and hysterscopy Nov 5 2013

  dx with pre genetic blood clotting dec 2013

  FET #2 Jan 31st  2014 

  Miscarried for a second time again at 5 weeks 5 days

  Currently fostering to adopt an amazing little 1 year old boy..P.J!

  FET#3  is Oct 29th 2014

  BFN on fet #3

  Last and FINAL FET coming JAN 28th 2015

  I am so sorry!   Is there any options to go to a clinic that has an in house donor base?  You have been through so much with this process...  Big hugs!!

  OE IVF #1  9/2/13 Cancelled- poor response

  DE IVF #1 3/12/14- BFP 3/17/14- ectopic, right tube removed 4/11/14 @ 7 weeks

  DE FET #1 7/3/14-Transferred 2 5AA 6 day embryos Beta 7/13/14 BFN

  DE FET #2 9/5/14-Transferred 2 4BB 5 day embryos Beta 9/15/14 BFN

  DE FET #3 in December- Cancelled, didn't respond to meds

  DE FET #3 (2nd try) 2/13/15- Transferred 1 4BB and 1 4BA 5 day embryos Beta 2/23/15  BFN again (CP)

  DE FET #4 - last 2 frosties....5/22/15- Transferred 1 4BA embryo...only one frostie thawed properly.  Beta scheduled for 6/1-  BFN (beta 2, 2.81, 6, 23, 49.4) 6/15/15 Discovered ectopic in left tube.  Methotrexate given. Moving on to a new donor. Hoping to transfer by the end of the year.

  Cant find a donor that is healthy and available.  Looking at being happy with just the two of us.

  @JimBobCooter‌ - can you use another clinic? I get that your RE may have super high requirements of the donor, but to reject 4 sounds like a bit much. I'm guessing you are working w an agency, are they doing right by you and giving you good profiles?
  Don't make the decision to give up based on your current feelings.
