Hey All,
We have been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years now. At the beginning of this year we decided to change our lifestyle and have been working out together about 3 to 4 times a week and changing our eating habits.
Has anyone had success with weight loss and conceiving? I just want to know that what I am doing is a good idea before I make the jump to Fertility Treatment.
Also, What types of foods would be better for me and the hubby?
I have heard raspberries are good but what else?
