Hello ladies.. My husband and I found out last week that I was 6 weeks pregnant with our second child. I started spotting so went in for an u/a yesterday only to find out I needed emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. I'm feeling so many things right now. When I found out we were pregnant I was beyond excited! I was planning to tell family over the holiday. Our daughter was going to wear a big sister shirt.

I'm upset about the loss but grateful that I am okay. I hope that doesn't sound selfish. I have a beautiful 9 month that needs her mommy.

The drs said that getting pregnant in the future is going to be difficult because they had to remove my one tube. Not sure what to make if this yet.

Sorry I'm all over the place. I'm still trying to make light of everything.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Learning you are pregnant it's the best news in the world and learning you have lost your child is the worst news in the world. You'll feel a roller coaster of emotions and all of them are ok and normal. ((hugs))

    So very sorry for your loss. I lost my baby at 4 days old and also miscarried at 6-7 weeks with my first pregnancy. No living babies yet :( I know the heartache an early miscarriage can bring. It's your baby no matter what. I hope you get the support you need. I had so much anxiety after my miscarriage. I even saw a therapist for a bit just to sort things out because I never expected it could happen to me. I'm seeing one again after Madeleine passed away. It's never easy to lose your baby, at any point.

    Im so sorry for your loss and upcoming surgery. You are welcome to stay on this board , however this board is focused on late term loss, stillbirth and infant loss. You might find more ladies who can relate to your situation on the misscarriage board (((hugs)))
