I've been having sever back pain when I lay on my back. It almost brings me to tears. I roll onto my back in my sleep and wake up cringing. Is this back pain normal at 29 weeks?
Are you sleeping on the floor?? Do not sleep anywhere else except your bed and make sure the mattress is comfortable. Obviously you're carrying a baby and you have to manage the weight.
30 wks here and the back pain (lower, mostly right side), is pretty intense. It isn't bad when lying down but when I'm on the floor with LO or walking a lot. I'm getting a massage today in hopes of helping put things back in place and lots of stretching at night and first thing in the morning helps!
If it's that bad you should ask your doctor about it. I would suggest sleeping with a body pillow behind you as well, it will keep you from ending up flat on your back and may help with the pain.
