Zantac and Tums together?

Anyone know? I put in a call to the Dr. because the Zantac he told me I could take helps, but the heart burn is still there. I'm waiting for a call back. Anyone know if it's ok to take the two together?

Between the caffeine, sugar, hot dogs, goat cheese (LOL), etc I've eaten this pregnancy I would think tums and zantac are the least of my concerns right now. AHAHA
