Ok so I go back to work part time yesterday and come home with sinus drainage. Back at work today - nursed before work, pumped once & granny gave him a bottle right before I got home so I pumped. We'll at least tried to pump. Only got less than an ounce (from both breasts). I take a nap and wake up with a fever.
Now, let me say that a few weeks ago I had mastitis (only symptom was a very painful & warm left breast. Today on the way home my right breast started hurting. Could it be mastitis again? The bigger question is how do I proceed handling my DS?
