Introduction: Newbie - Just started Femara + Ovidrel + Progest +TI - 1st cycle

Hello!
I wanted to introduce myself I am pretty new to posting so please bear with me. I mostly just hang back and read the message boards to get advise. Anyways, DH and I are 30. We have been TTC since October 2012 (that is when I got off BC). DX PCOS 2010. DH had testicular cancer and one of his testies was removed in 2007 before we were together. However, when we started this journey, he was tested by my RE and the doc said he had strong swimmers. His count wasn't as high as he wanted but it was still good. I think he said 15/20?? It was a couple years ago when he was tested, so I don't really remember. Anyways, I didn't have regular period after BC. Never have been regular unless on BC. Since off BC & TTC RE put me on thyroid meds which helped regulate me. I now have an average cycle of 39 days.
SO, today I started my first medicated cycle. Today is CD 3 and I am to take Femara CD 3 - CD 7 (5mg). U/S on CD 11 and then Ovidrel shot if folls are mature. We are going to try TI first. They also gave me a script for progest cream. Not really sure how it all works. They told me they would tell me more at U/S appt.
So I am feeling all kind of emotions, and decided I would post and introduce myself. Hello ladies!! I am hoping that I can get come encouragement, advise and hopefully you all can share with me your experiences if similar. Thanks in advance!
