Bf and beer

Pumped at 4:45 then went to a bar to watch the 2nd half of the US World Cup game and had two beers. Pumping now at 10:40. Thoughts on if I should dump the milk?

    No. Never. I wouldnt dump even if i had pumped almost right after.  Unless you're a MEGA lightweight, two beers is going to have pretty much no affect on your milk.
