Merry Tuesday ladies!  I'll admit I had way too much fun putting this together this week.  Please excuse google translate for everything that's wrong.  Except the French.  That's all my bad.  :-D

Our frontrunners all have a full 4 weeks under their belts!  Way to go ladies!

    Can I join?

    1. Last week I did three days weights and intervals cardio at the gym, and 2 days running with the dog outside.

    2. Same as last week and I added a barre class at the local Ballet academy on the way home tonight.

    3. Goal is to lose the last 15 and gain muscle definition and flexibility. Just look my best possible I suppose and feel accordingly. Have healthy nutrition be my norm and set a great example for my child.

    4. Dr Laura, BPM, area, celebrity gossip, Cosmo radio(something else now but I still call it Cosmo).

  • What did you do last week? I canoed about 7 hours this past weekend and just got back from a run.  

    What are your plans for this week? One more run before possibly going to the beach and hoping to walk at the beach some.

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Half marathon in November.

    GTKY: What do you listen to in the car? 90s on 9 is my first go to, then either the rock station if it's not fuzzy, morning talk show, or the Christian station.

  • What did you do last week?
    Nothing. Totally fell off the diet and sat on my ass way too much. Kinda mad at myself because I should've done that at the beach the week before!

    What are your plans for this week?
    Get back on track. Eat better and get back into my exercise routine.

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal?
    Lose 15 lbs (might be 20 now, I'm afraid to weigh myself). In general, just be more active and healthy.

    GTKY: What do you listen to in the car?
    Lately, the Frozen soundtrack. DD loves it, although has certainly never seen the movie. I've only seen it once myself, but I just love the music. I also regularly listen to the Disney Pandora station.

    What did you do last week?
    Ran 4 days, using a training program to prepare for a half marathon in September. I ran 7 miles Sunday and felt great!!
    What are your plans for this week?
    More running, I have a 2 hour run Sunday (yikes!)

    Long term goal is to lose 15 lbs by my 2nd marathon in February.

    If LO is with me we listen to kids music or contemporary Christian music. If not usually country
