Sore crotch - UPDATE

Does anyone else have an extremely achy crotch? I called my doctor and she said pain from the pelvis separating was normal, but I'm not sure if this is the same thing as pelvic pain. It feels like it is more in my vagina. I've had soreness over the last month, but lately it has gotten more frequent and really painful. I also have had a lot of back pain... not sure if that is related.

(I searched for this and didn't find anything, so my apologies if it has been discussed recently.)


UPDATE - So for all of you who have the same symptoms, I thought I would give a little update. I went to the doctor today because the pain was getting worse, and it turns out that I have varicosities (varicose veins down there) that are causing extreme swelling and pain. They are caused by the pressure from baby, and she said they will unfortunately be there until delivery, but she gave me some pain medicine (basically just Tylenol) and medicine to help with the swelling, a support belt that I am supposed to wear anytime I am on my feet, and instructions to stay off my feet unless it was absolutely necessary to be up. So if you are having the same pain, you may want to go get checked or try some of those things to help.

    I'm on this boat too and the pain is unbearable really.. It is worse at night and there's no getting comfortable either sitting or laying down.. I'm 34 w 1 d with twins and I can not imagine more days like yesterday & today.. I think I have spd too but my dr says it's normal..

    I get it. My lower back in my hips hurt and feel like they are separating. Then when LO gets really low i feel like she just wants to drop right out

    I've had this for the past month or so.  It's painful to sit, move my legs, walk, stand, put my pants on, etc.  It's just getting worse as well.  The only time it goes away is when I'm in the pool.  I talked to my doctor about it and she says it's normal due to my uterus stretching.  I'm going to mention it to her again on Thursday that it's getting worse and see if there's anything to be done (but I'm not hopeful).

    I have been having a lot of pain right on the very front top portion of my pelvic bone. It feels like someone is kicking me in the crotch with steel toed boots. I move the wrong way and instantly double over in pain from it. It sucks so bad.

    This is pretty much my life right now :( It feels better when I sit or lay down, but hurts the worst when I move from one of those positions so once I am sitting I want to not move ever again.

    Mine feels more like I rode a bike for too long... like, externally sore. It's intermittent, but when it comes on it even hurts to walk!

    Yep, I feel it most frequently/intensely after I've been walking a lot. I can't really do two active/workout days in a row at this point.

    Yep, I've had it since 24 weeks. Hurts daily, some worse than others. Sat on grass for 2 hrs last night during Canada Day festivities/fireworks and all night it throbbed. Nearly cried when I got up to pee at 2am - not looking forward to getting out of bed this morning either :(

    I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. @Jentech84, I cried too at 4:30 this morning when my husband left to go to work and I hadn't been to sleep for more than 15 minutes because I couldn't get comfortable. Every way that I laid, either my back or my crotch hurt. This better not last the rest of my pregnancy!

    I've had some really intense soreness in my vagina and it hurts even more if I try to poop but I found that ice packs (as weird as it might be) really help. I just lay down and place on down there for a while
