I really need to stop eating

I have just recently reached that point where I can't eat a lot in one sitting without annoying aftereffects. Yet I totally don't think about it when I eat a tamale that my housekeeper made, a small sandwich a little bit later, and then a cookie. Ugh.

I'm the same way with not being able to eat a lot in one sitting, but I haven't been able to adjust to eating smaller meals!?
