and the high for today is only 66 degrees! My Georgia blood has never experienced such a thing. I'm used to July meaning temps in the 80s or 90s by 9:00am. I am definitely not complaining though. I didn't handle heat well when I was NOT pregnant, and I'm thinking about the money saved by not running the a/c yet this year.

I don't mind the heat so much, but the humidity kills me! We've had mid 80s and almost 100% humidity the past couple days. Thank goodness its cooling off to mid 70s this week.

Even if it was warm enough for the pool, the nearest "community pool" (ha!) is an hour away. I have a plastic kiddie pool for bathing my Newf outside (too big to bathe inside) that I plan on washing out and soaking in, if it warms up.

Whaaat! I'm in Wisconsin and we're warmer than Georgia?! Haha. High of 77 for us today. We had some pretty wicked thunderstorms yesterday though, so a lot of areas around me are experiencing power outages that have been going on for 15+ hours. Oy!

Nope, I'm actually in South Dakota, but it's my first summer not in Georgia (or Mexico), so I'm all "wtf is with this weather!" I'm sure if I was home in GA, I'd be roasting my ass off WISHING for cooler temps.

A nice 70° (inside my house, office and car) no plans to spend anytime outside! Our high today is 94° but with the humidity it is over 100°.

Where I live in the midwest it's typically like a damn desert, except humid. Luckily this summer has been really rainy and mild so I feel like someone is taking it easy on me...We're usually in the 98-103 range by July! Only mid 80's today.

@Syllessa‌ My first summer in Wyoming was so bizarre...we only turned on the window air conditioner for an hour or so every late afternoon, And just opened the windows at night. Ahh, I miss those 60 degree August nights!

And if anything, throw a canopy over it if you find the water warms up too fast.

I am in South Dakota too! It is cold here today, but quite frankly I am just glad we aren't experiencing any severe weather. I don't need any more hail damage.

We were lucky enough to miss any hail, but lots of flooding. What part of SD are you in?

I just can't give you a love tit for this. 90 degrees is ridiculous! I'm okay with mid to low 70's, but cannot handle above 80. Thank God I convinced DH that his life would be miserable if his pregnant wife didn't have central AC this summer
