Intro, aka I don't want to be a creeper any more.

Hello, and happy US soccer day to everyone ;)

I'm going to start joining in and commenting so I figured I'd introduce myself here. I was a regular on TTGP back in the day, and now DS is almost 3. I'm a semi-reg on the BNB because I'm obsessed with names, and I lurk here because I'm a WM myself.

I'm 31, live outside of DC and commute in to the city every day. DH takes our son to and from daycare, which is 10 mins from his workplace down near our house. We have two dogs, hence the goofy screenname that I never thought I'd use when I joined, and we are working on balancing it all while in serious discussions to TFAS. We love a drink-occasionally- after DS goes to bed and a good soccer game. I'm looking forward to being around here and learning and offering up my experiences.

    We haven't yet. I'm indifferent on the NN, to be honest. If he likes it, totally fine. If not, that works too. I figured I'd shorten it but I just haven't. I think "Gabe" seems more grown up and my baby is still little-LOL.

    Hopefully you have some girl names, then! Boy names are tough!!

    Marla, I'm always suprised how many bumpies are in our general area. I know it's a very dense area, population-wise, but it always gets me.

    I know.  There are several DC bumpies on Parenting.  I've even helped one bumpie find daycare because we are so close in proximity.
