GTKY: What do you listen to in the car? Radio (Sirius xm jam on, or hits 1) or I plug in my iPod.
This week- I am back at the early mornings! I took my day 1 bikini pictures, weight, measurements. My new PiYo workout should be here Thursday. I'm stoked!
Goal- To tone up enough and lose a few more lbs to feel confident enough to wear said bikini in public. I haven't worn one in about 9 years. Forcing myself to put one on, while I can see where I want to see improvement, I realized that I haven't been giving myself enough credit. Which is an awesome realization.
QOTW- Depends. The radio isn't always child friendly. So, I'm careful about what I have on. We have the Frozen soundtrack in the car and the R5 cd, which is Austin from Austin and Ally. And, I think I'm the only one with an older child to know who that is. Lol.
Goal: Half marathon in September. I'm just hoping to maintain what I'm doing mileage-wise this week since I'll have family in town. Maybe next week will be time to start adding distance in preparation for the race.
I listen to NPR a lot, but also guilty pleasure pop and the jazz station H djs for.
I walked, did squats and leg raises along with leg lunges.

IT'S A BOY
1. Last week I did three days weights and intervals cardio at the gym, and 2 days running with the dog outside.
2. Same as last week and I added a barre class at the local Ballet academy on the way home tonight.
3. Goal is to lose the last 15 and gain muscle definition and flexibility. Just look my best possible I suppose and feel accordingly. Have healthy nutrition be my norm and set a great example for my child.
4. Dr Laura, BPM, area, celebrity gossip, Cosmo radio(something else now but I still call it Cosmo).

Ran 4 days, using a training program to prepare for a half marathon in September. I ran 7 miles Sunday and felt great!!
What are your plans for this week?
More running, I have a 2 hour run Sunday (yikes!)
Long term goal is to lose 15 lbs by my 2nd marathon in February.
If LO is with me we listen to kids music or contemporary Christian music. If not usually country
