    I'm a Type 1 diabetic, and there are several other ladies with GD.  They have a weekly GD thread every week here.  What type of diabetes do you have?

    Yes i am type 1 diabetic in pump
    Levels good up till about 24 weeks now 26 weeks and levels been elevated
    What have your docs said re natural vs c section

    I also have T1 and am on a pump and use a CGM. My OB and high risk doctors have said the same thing as @starla487 's: they do not recommend c-sections for T1's any more so than non-T1 moms. It all depends on how things are going at the end of the pregnancy.
