why do I feel engorged?

I'm 31 weeks and my breasts feel like they did when I was engorged when I breastfed DS. They are heavy, swollen and hard but I'm not leaking...is this happening to anyone else? Any tips for relief?

    Maybe try to ice them? To reduce the swelling. Sorry for you, must be very uncomfortable :(

    It's very odd...i never felt like i was engorged before my milk actually came in. I'll try icing them and see if that'll help the swelling.

    It happened to me in the first trimester. I cooled my magic bag and it really helped!
