Breast milk and solids. I'm increasing solids so I can decrease how often I nurse. She's not giving up nursing sessions willingly, especially for comfort and to fall asleep.
Mainly BM, but I have started adding a little formula because I'm afraid that my supply is drying up, and I want to be able to have daycare give formula in case of an emergency. So we are "experimenting" and getting him used to it.
Funny, ever since we started this experiment my supply has gone up.
Just last week switched to 100% formula. I was still holding on to nursing in morning and at night, but we had several biting incidents where I inadvertently screamed, and scared the poor guy so bad he was really gunshy about nursing (and so was I, frankly). So I dropped those as well. I was shocked that my bewbs still got sore and full after about a day or so, I had to nurse him a minute or two on each side once to alleviate it. But they all empty now. #drinkallthethings
I said 50/50. DS gets at least eight oz of formula, sometimes 16 oz depending on the day and our schedule. I could try and pump for those two bottles, but I have absolutely no time to do that. Also, he eats all the food.

Edit to clarify that she is also eating solids
