18 Weeks

This post is moreso for first time moms, b/c I know bodies & uterus placement changes after you've had your first.  I'm at 18 weeks, and have gained 4 pounds... anybody else have minimal weight gain?  My stomach has a tiny little bump, but nobody would really know I'm expecting.  I'm eating pretty much the same, but throwing up a couple times a week.  I go for an ultrasound in two days and they will advise if anything is wrong... just wondering if anyone else out there has a similar / different experience.

    I'm up about 4 lbs at 18 weeks and I'm expecting twins. It's totally normal not to have gained much at this point.

    I had only gained 2lbs at 17 weeks and I go for my anatomy scan this coming Wednesday..you are fine don't worry!

    As long as you are eating healthy and drinking a lot of water I wouldn't worry about it.  I've only gained 6-8 pounds at 18 weeks.  Ask your OB at your next appt if you're worried about it... good luck!

    4/11: u/s 6w1d EDD 12/4, 1 little penguin!

    7/7:  We're having a girl!
    12/11: after lots of labor/delivery/nicu excitment baby Piper Mae born 1859 @ 8lbs, 21.5"

    I have lost 6 pounds and am 18 weeks. I never had any morning sickness and I am eating the same but the weight just isnt coming on!
