I just really want to say that when you call and place an order for food, and I do not have some of the items you would like (sold out), please do not start screaming at me and demanding that I give you free food. Then do not preceded to tell me you are going to come kick my ass because I won't give you entire order for free.

This is the quickest way for me to cancel your order put a note under your given name and number and refuse service. Which is my legal right to do so.

I have never and will never put my employees in danger because you want to show your ass.

    I get this a lot...one day a woman came in saw a card for a clearance item (it was an expensive item so we left cards out) we had it available in two types - a 3 pack and a 6 pack. The 6 pack being exactly double the price of the 3 pack. She hands me 2 cards for 3 packs i asked my manager for it and were sold out. This makes this woman get super angry DEMANDED we give her something comparable for exactly the same price told us were "false advertising" and just yelled at me. Ugh so frustraiting...and btw she wasn't going to pay the $60 for the 6 pack even though she wanted 2-3 packs...
