This is a weekly thread for those of us who have health and fitness goals we would like to keep during our pregnancies. If you are new and would like to be added, please jump right in and comment with your goals to be added to the goal list!
1) How far along are you?
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
1) How far along are you? 13 weeks (hello second tri!)
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I was sidelined with a migraine for two days but other than that I did really great last week. We did a long run on Saturday of 8 miles and 6 miles were hill repeats. I hadn't done them in a LONG time and it felt so great to wear my legs out.
3) Any goals for this week? To not miss even one scheduled workout. I'm going to do M, W, Th swim and M, Tues, Wed, Friday, Sat, Sunday run with my long run of 10 miles being on Saturday.
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Running a local 5k on Friday. Other than that, no plans.
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Did well. Still putting off lifting until my energy levels return but I am getting all my runs in. The heat is such a drag but I am now carrying a water bottle with me which has helped tremendously.
3) Any goals for this week? Just want to get out 5 days in the week 3-4 miles each time and then hit a long run on the weekend.
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Having some friends over to play cornhole and grill food. Running a 5k that morning. NT scan the day after!
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? This past week was rough physically - more "sick" days than any week prior. Just exhausted and felt like crap. Plus, my running partners skipped out on me again... Hoping they'll get their act together this week so I can get back on track. Also, haven't gained any weight yet, so I'm not too upset about last week...
3) Any goals for this week? Just want to be a bit more active - if I get out to run, great, if not, no biggie. Once my energy comes back, I'll be more worried about getting some exercise in.
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Parade in the morning, then going to the in-law's for dinner and fireworks.

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Just okay. My problem isn't weight gain. I've gained pretty much nothing so far. My portion sizes are in check...My food choices are the issue - but I hope that will come with second tri and the (hopeful) departure of m/s and aversions.
3) Any goals for this week? Keep up what I'm doing for now. When I am feeling better, adding in some additional exercise and better food choices.
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Heading to the beach.. woo hoo!
Ugh. I wish my boobs were as small as these models at that stage of pregnancy! lol
I've always been a member of the itty bitty titty club. I'm loving my new D's I told DH he should buy me some if they go away. He said no. LOL
I did the opposite before kids They don't impact your running? I was a small C and am now an overflowing DD and yesterday was the first time my boobs actually ached while running and I have pretty awesome sports bras.

I'm still wearing my sports bras from before my boobs got swole (lol) they hold them in really well because they are too small. So far I've not experienced any problems. I'm just wearing the nike pro combat sports bras (not adjustable, nothing special, pretty old school).
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Not so hot. I'm now up about 5 lbs which I realize isn't bad but I'm not happy with it. I feel like a cow. With DH being gone a little this week I'm going to use it as a chance to get into a routine and really get my eating in check. I'm also going to try and start going for walks after dinner but before bed. I did it last night so I hope I can start to build some positive momentum.
3) Any goals for this week? My goal is to only eat fast food one time while DH is gone. And to take a walk every night he's gone.
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Not for the 4th itself (DH might be taking his little sister to their Grandfather's house on the river, I'll stay home with the dogs), but on the 5th I'm driving up to DC because we have some cousins that live in NM that are going to be visiting with their kids. I haven't seen them since 2010 so it'll be nice to catch up! It'll also be the first time we have the whole family together since finding out I was pregnant so I imagine that'll be a topic for discussion.

2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I feel really good about this week! I met my goal of working out at least 4 days, plus I've done stadiums twice (Saturday and today), some weight lifting, lunges/squats, along with normal cardio.
3) Any goals for this week? At least 4 days of working out
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? I'm running a melon run (3 miles) in the morning, then packing/getting ready to go to Alabama with H's family.

3) Any goals for this week? Probably not too much, work is crazy, we are going on vacation for the 4th, and its going to be HOT!
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? We are going to Philly to see family. My two cousins just had babies so I can't wait to see them!

1) How far along are you? 9 wks 3 days
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? The week started off great, but then our County Fair got the best of me. Couldn't resist some fried pickles but considering that, I think I did fairly well even at the fair. I did go grocery shopping and bought all healthy stuff to snack on instead of chips, crackers & sweets.
3) Any goals for this week? I'd like to spend some much needed time in the gardens which is always great exercise for me. I also need to get back into walking - I'd like to go on at least 2 walks this week just to get me back on track. We can always increase it next week if all goes well.
GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Camping if the rain holds off.
@TXUltraRunner you just made my day!!! I've been wanting one of those shirts so bad!!
1) How far along are you? 13w 2
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? Did much better. Hit the six mile long run I was shooting for. Pace has picked up a little too.

GTKY: Any 4th of July plans? Probably hanging with a friend and her family since the DH is on Duty :-/
