Anyone else have a cold right now?

As if morning sickness wasn't bad enough, now I get to add sore throat and congestion to my list of complaints!

It should be physically impossible for a pregnant woman to catch a cold, just sayin!

Ugh, I had a cold several weeks ago, so I feel ya! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and sleep!!

I'm also feeling under the weather but I'm not sure if it's allergies or the plague.

I agree, parents should not be able to get sick!

i somehow managed to dodge the wicked cold that SO and DS are getting over right now. i had two colds earlier this year, the first around O with this one and the second i was coming down with on mother's day and is what prompted me to test. (i was feeling RLP during coughing fits, lol.) that one hung on F.O.R.E.V.E.R. three weeks later i was still coughing up icky stuff. hang in there.

Thanks ladies, luckily no fever and I have all weekend to relax before worrying about going back to work.

@BookitBoo Allergies are no fun, I hope you feel better, too. I agree, you're right. Not just pregnant women, but parents as a whole should be immune to illness, lol.

At least it's just a cold at 7 weeks right street morning sickness started I got the stomach bug.. imagine that lol... just take it easy n drink lots of fluids! Hope it passes soon!

I had the flu about 3 weeks ago...also in conjunction with my ongoing morning sickness. Not fun. I used a whole week of my sick/vacation time

Yes, it totally stinks. I'm still getting over mine that started over a week ago. Definitely hydrate! I didn't and ended up in the hospital last week for fluids

OMG getting sick right now is my worst nightmare. Drink tons of fluids, wash your hands constantly and get lots of rest. Good luck!!

Yep, currently on recovery from a cold that's lasted a week. It blew. Today is the first day I'm feeling a bit better. The worst was when I would get into coughing fit and throw up because of them. Still lingering morning sickness + cold = So awesome.

Bleh, sorry to hear ladies! Ever since switching my vitamins I haven't had a cold for years! So far throughout this pregnancy I've been around colds but have been lucky enough to dodge them. I'm going to stick with them since they've been working so well.

Cold here too.

Dd had an ear infection last week, coupled with a nasty cough and a slight fever. Now I am hacking and sneezing and my nose is running. Thanks kid.
