The family knows....

DH and I had our housewarming party over the weekend. A lot of our friends knew I was pregnant already but we still had not told my family (except my folks and siblings). His family is out of state so we told them already. Anyways, DH and I hate being the center of attention so my dad who LOVES to give speeches and is a party animal gave a really cute speech and announced to everyone that we're finally giving him and my mom their first grandchild. It was really sweet and I teared up a bit because my dad is just over the moon. I think it was the perfect way to make our announcement to our family and friends.
