NBR: any True Blood fans?

I have been a loyal true blood fan since season 1. I totally acknowledge it's not the most intelligent, classy show to watch but it's entertaining and mindless. Is anyone watching this season? Thoughts on it so far? So far I am a little disappointed but hoping since we are only two episodes in it will get better.

    We don't have HBO, but are avid fans and watch them when they are released to DVD. I read all the books and was SO sad when the series ended, I'm going to be super bummed when the show ends. We just finished watching season 6 last week.

    I'll keep watching because I've watched from the beginning, but I'm not impressed with this season so far. I've read the books, but honestly it's been so long I can't remember all the changes and where things are leading. If I wasn't trying to bust through the Game of Thrones series before this baby comes, I'd probably reread the Sookie books.

    I just watched the second episode. I have no idea where the show is going. Like others have said, definitely not impressed so far.
