Today we have my niece's Baptism and then a party at my IL's. DH has been better since our fight last week, so that's good.

Yesterday I went on my first post baby bike ride while my parent's babysat. I haven't ridden since about Sept since I wasn't cleared to during IVF or pregnancy. It felt so good!

This morning after feeding, Cleo smiled at me. Like not a gassy I have to poop smile, but looked straight at me and smiled. I almost cried.

We are doing our baby photo shoot today! My old college roommate is doing them for us so it should be a fun afternoon and it is kind of nice that we don't have to worry about a real timeline doing the photos because she is our friend

DH and I went to dinner alone last night and I ordered a glass of wine

Of course, DD slept the whole time she was at the ILs and then was crazy fussy when we got home. I was tired and getting frustrated, so DH sent me to bed while he stayed up with a crying baby for 3 more hours until she finally fell asleep. I love that man... so this morning I got up and got us donuts, then I sent him back to bed to get some more sleep. Lucky me though, DD is asleep in her swing.

I decided to sleep while charlie was napping at my in law's today. My mil followed me to the bedroom, put charlie down in the crib and turned down the bed for me while I went to the bathroom, left me a cup of water, and told every one else to go outside where they were supposed to be so I could have quiet. I love that woman.

We successfully went to dinner tonight with baby. Granted it was just IHOP but we managed both a poop and hungry baby and it was less scary than I imagined it would be.

I had 2 beers tonight. DH gave DD a bottle of formula and am not going to stress that I'm not feeding her enough for tonight's feedings...I needed this for my sanity and will pick back up in the morning!
