  I am so sorry you are going through this. I know it doesn't help you feel better, but at this stage the uterus is still completely shielded by the pelvic bones, so your dog's jumping is almost certainly unrelated. Good luck with the next steps and I hope you can heal quickly.

  I'm so sorry for your loss.  As pp said your dog jumping on your lower abdomen has nothing to do with the bleeding.  There's a miscarriage/loss board if you are looking to connect with those going through the same thing.  Again, I'm so sorry ((hugs))
