Thoughts and Prayers for a Friend *Update*

Hi ladies. My best friend from high school is a September14 twin mom who is just shy of 29 weeks along. I just got a message from her mom that she's been admitted into the hospital with preeclampsia and that there's a 50/50 chance of her delivering her baby boys this weekend. They were measuring in at 2.5lbs on Tuesday. I can't imagine what she's going through. Any thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
*Update*
Thank you everyone for your kind words and T&Ps. The boys are looking great and the scare of being delivered this weekend is past. Mama is doing well too, they are continuing to monitor her BP and are planning to release her Monday or Tuesday if all continues to look well. She does have preeclampsia so will likely have to stop working and take it easy the rest of the pregnancy, but no bed rest ordered yet.
