One Breast Tender?

So my google foo is not giving me much to go on. I am EBF but pumping to build a stash and giving DS an occasional bottle of breast milk. Today we went out to run errands and I gave him a bottle at the store. When I got home my left breast felt more full then the right so I nursed him a bit more off that one. After he ate and went back to sleep I pumped to make up for the bottle. I expected more from the left since that still felt more full, but in 15 minutes I only got 1 oz while I got 2 oz off the right. My left breast is tender, heavier, and harder, but not so full it feels engorgerd either. I don't have any lumpy spots and no redness that I can see so not sure if I might still have a plugged duct? If it is still off in the morning I may call the doctor but in the mean time just wondering if any one else has experience with this?

    I cant help you much but I tried to bf for 2 weeks but ended up quitting 3 weeks ago because it wasn't working out. Yesterday I noticed a lump in my right breast that is painful so im thinking its a plugged duct. I am annoyed!

    It was a bit better this morning, I put a heat pack on it before bed and then nursed mostly on that side for motf. It was still tender when I got up but not as hard but it is now starting to get back to what it felt like yesterday though, so I am just going to keep a close watch on it!

    I hope yours continues to get better. It turns out I have mastitis :( I feel awful and I keep feeling worse every hour, which sucks because im alone with my lo.

    I have this in my right breast, started yesterday. Exactly as you described and I am thinking it is a clogged duct. :(

    My right one started Saturday and ended up in urgent care Sunday because I felt so awful. Found out its mastitis. I heard it stinks but shesh! Hope it's better!

    I just got diagnosed with matitsis as well it hurts so bad!! I went to the ER and I also have a uti. What the hell. What are u doing to help with your cracked nipples? I have put breast milk on the and cream to help but it still hurts like hell.

    So I know this is four days late, and I am sorry, I really meant to pop back in on this thread! I just wanted to say I hope you ladies are feeling better!! My issue ended up resolving on its own but I am pretty sure it was a clogged duct. Here is hoping it does not come back!
