How many days did you spot for?

For my first child I didn't spot. Now I'm 5.5 weeks pregnant and spotting (dark color). Just curious how long you spot for and it be normal! Thanks!

I can't tell exactly how many days but I am now 8 weeks and finally the past week or so haven't noticed any spotting so I'd say until 7 weeks I did but everyone is different some dont at all, some do their whole pregnancy I think so if you are worried ask your doctor

At the 5 week mark my doctor said my spotting was likely latent implantation bleeding. I spotted brown (old blood) for three days. But I have heard of women spotting brown for a lot longer

Spotted for 8 days (5-6 weeks) 3 days break and back at for for the last 4. Varied intensity- dark brown, pink, rusty red, bright red, light brown. It's been exhausting. We did see 2 healthy heartbeats though so that has helped me relax about it a bit.

I had 2 days of spotting though it was really just once each of those days. I thought it was a couple days before my missed period but based on my HCG numbers it was probably a week earlier!

I had spotting with my DS1 the first week or so on and off, though I also had very low progesterone. Not sure if it was related or just implantation bleeding.

I've been told dark or brown blood is old blood and not a concern. It's when it's bright red and a lot that you want to get checked out. Best of luck!

I've spotted old brownish blood for the last 3 weeks on & off. It's making me crazy with worry but my doctors don't seem concerned. Just holding my breath until my 10 week u/s so I can know for sure my little peanut is ok!

With DD, I spotted off and on throughout 1st and 2nd trimester. It was so stressful. We never could figure out what caused the spotting. I had a very healthy baby though, so try not to worry!
