I saw on Parenting that we are able to change our usernames ourselves now, but I think it might be a glitch. So I don't know if it will stick, but just in case I wanted to let you know I've changed my user name. I was makeupgeek. Now celebrating my love of ice cream!

    Sorry for the post and run. Yes, you have to log-in on the knot instead of the bump and go to your account settings. There is an option to change your user name.

    @BananaBoat05‌ There is actually a website makeupgeek.com. It's owned by a woman who is a makeup artist and does online tutorials. I've been following her for years and she's really good. She refers to her fans as makeup geeks. 

    When I signed up for this site I couldn't think of what to put for my username and on a whim I decided to use makeupgeek. Afterwards I realized that it was kind of dumb because I am in no way affiliated with that website and I felt kind of like an imposter. It might be silly but I just felt weird about it. I have thought about changing my name so many times, but I thought the bump gods wouldn't do it because I didn't have any personal info like my name in it. So I jumped at the chance once I found out we could do it ourselves.
