  This is the affiliate program of RBA. They started it and taught affiliates how to freeze/thaw eggs.

  5 IUI's: 2/11 to 6/11 and 1/12= BFN
  OE IVF#1-4 8/11-6/12= all BFN
  DE IVF#1 11/12 bad embryos= BFN
  DE IVF #2 2/13 BFP/Beta hell: m/c 5w6d
  CFNBC 7 months, not doing well; decided on guarantee program at RBA w/frozen DE
  DE IVF #3 1/14  ET 4BB; BFP;M/C 5w1d, incomplete m/c; MVA extraction in ER 7w1d

  DE FET#1 ET 3/1714; BFP, beta 1 3/27= 197, beta 2 3/31= 1586, beta 3 4/7= 13879!!
  First u/s= Twins with HBs at 6w2d! We are Team Pink x 2!!

  My clinic is one of the feeders. They do all "shared" cycles where the recipient gets half and MEB gets half. Their success rates claim to be as good as fresh, but I've not seen true stats. I have a clutch of my fresh donors eggs on hold in case we want a sibling though at 43, we're likely one and done. We will use them though of we do!

  Dec. '12 - Fresh transfer, BFP! EDD 8/29/13
  Mar. '13 - Missed m/c at 16w1d, baby boy stopped growing at 15w4d
  Loss due to umbilical cord clot...baby was perfect.
  Jul '13 - FET#1 - c/p
  Sept. '13 - FET#2 - BFN
  Dec.' 2, 2013 - FET#3 with our last chance embie - BFP!!!
  Dec' 26, 2013 - hb!!
  EDD 8/20/14 with a baby girl!
  Little S was born on 8/21/14 - 8lb, 14 oz and 20 inches long.

  I am getting ready to do an FET with My Egg Bank donor eggs. It costs $10,000 and you get 6 eggs. There is a guarantee that you will get at least 1 fertilized embryo. If you do not, then you get your money back or 6 new eggs. My RE just started using My Egg Bank recently and I am the 7th patient in her office to use them. Of the 6 before me, only 1 resulted in a BFN. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this works. 

  
  TTC #1 since 8/2011
  Dx: Endometriosis(2000) & Uterine Fibroids

  Sept 2012-March 2013: TTA for surgery & recovery; surgery removed: neuroendocrine tumor & 30% of pancreas, 

  endo on diaphragm & in abdomen, & uterine septum

  April 2013: 5mg Femera - IUI cancelled

  May 2013: Cycle cancelled; CD3 estradiol levels too high

  June 2013: Cycle cancelled; umbilical hernia found; surgery to repair

  July 2013: IUI #1.2 - 5mg Femera + trigger = BFN

  Aug 2013: IUI #2 - 5mg Femera + trigger = BFN

  Nov 2013: surgery to remove 8cm fibroid from uterus & clean up endo

  March 2014: IVF #1 - Gonal F & Menopur; retrieved 12 eggs; 6 fertilized; 0 made it to blast

  moving on to DE

  July 2014: FET #1 w/ DE; cancelled due to clots in uterus; hysteroscopy to remove fibroid.

  Hopefully beginning FET #1.2 in late August/early Sept.

  @sweetgoose  Thanks for your input.  I knew that the eggs came from RBA but I just haven't heard of anyone using them.  I hope your cycle brings you success!

  @Love4Labs326‌ : not all the eggs come from RBA. They taught other facilities about screening donors and retrieving their own eggs. Not all affiliates are as "good" at it as RBA at this time. For example, I did a live birth guarantee with RBa but one of the provisions is I have to use a RBA donor-- they will only give this guarantee with this own donors and not with an affiliate donor.
  My guess is that sweet goose is getting a special "trial" price with a new facility because the regular price point is $16500 for 6 eggs and you get a guarantee of a "high quality embryo" -- not just a fertilized egg..also you never get a refund -- you get a second cycle if you don't get a high quality embroy(defined term) if you don't get pg..
