Whole milk with dha

We have decided to go with whole milk that has dha in it. Now I can't decide if it is better to get dha that is from plants or that is from fish oil. Plant based is Horizon brand and fish oil based is Kroger Brand ( which is about a $1 cheaper)

    we decided on the kroger brand. If you get it when its on sale it can be as cheap as 2.99. However, if I am out and Kroger is out of my way that day then I will just eat the difference and get it Horizon brand at walmart.
