Me (34)- no issues found MH (36)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist. 9R, 7M, 5F = BFN c/p, New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS 4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice. CCRM-here we come! ODWU-All test results normal. EPP in August. 21R, 20M, 19F. 12 blasts biopsied & frozen for CCS testing. Results showed 11 normal! FET Oct. 30. 2 5d 4AA blasts transferred. First ever BFP!!! Beta 1=216, Beta 2=870 1st U/S=It's TWINS!!! It's a BOY and a GIRL!! Everyone Welcome!!!

Hi All! I finally have a chance to share my birth story. It's been a crazy two weeks with the twins and endless visitors. Life has been amazing since they arrived, and DH and I are more in love with these two little guys than we ever imagined possible. I am so excited for all of you to have your LO's & experience this joy soon!
Here's the story... At 10:30 pm on Fri the 13th (exactly 35w), I was getting ready for bed...peed and stood up to then go wash my face and brush my teeth, when I felt a gush of water down my legs. At first, I thought I was peeing all over myself, especially cause I went in for a check-up the day before, and the doc said my cervix was completely closed and nothing was going on. Well, the gushes of water continued, and as I was standing in puddles with towels everywhere, I knew I couldn't have been peeing that much! 
By the time we called the doc and went to triage, it was 12:30 am. After about two hours, I was moved to a labor and delivery room, where we spent the next several hours. I had no contractions until they started the piton at 5 am. I got my epidural at 9 am when I started gripping the handles of the bed cause they were getting pretty painful. The epidural was the greatest thing ever!!

The epidural was the greatest thing ever!! I was ready to push at 3:50 pm. Baby girl was sideways and stuck, and struggling to get around my pelvic bone. The doc was able to turn her (ouch!!), but she was still stuck and moving down very slowly. We talked about c-section, forceps & vacuum, which motivated me to push harder. After another 30 min, it was time to transfer to the OR. It was a freezing cold and bright room with 10 nurses & docs in there, and it was far from a calm and private experience, But at that point, I didn't care who was up in my business. After 4 total hrs of pushing, Harper was born on 6/14 at 8 pm weighing 5.4 lbs & 18 in long. They whisked her away, and now it was time to get her brother out.
They broke his water, and nearly 2 more hours of pushing, I was completely spent-sweating, shaking, convulsing and had no more energy left to push. They gave me oxygen, and the anesthesiologist kept replenishing the pain meds. DH told them to do whatever they had to to get him out, so they got the vacuum, and as I gave one more push, my little guy was vacuum suctioned out. His poor head looked like he went through a war zone, but he made it out unharmed. Oliver was born at 9:45 pm, weighing 5.11 lbs and 18 in long.
Then, they couldn't get my placentas out, so that was a whole other debacle of more pushing and more hands in places I didn't want them. They were stitching up my nether regions while they were working to get the placentas out. It was sooo painful! I lost tons of blood and just remember seeing towel after towel soaked in blood while the doc pounded on my stomach to try and shrink my uterus to get the bleeding to stop. She called it "massaging", but it certainly didn't feel like a massage to me! I looked up at her and asked if I was going to die, it was so scary! They gave me injections in my thigh to stop the bleeding and shrink the uterus, and luckily, I didn't need a transfusion. Part of me majorly regretted not doing an elective c-section, but the other part was very proud of myself for doing it this way.
Seeing my babies for the first time was a bit of a blur. They put them on me, but I couldn't hold them or sit up or even move to hug or kiss them. I felt so guilty, but I was a total mess. We got to our room at 2:30 am and got a few hours of sleep. After an extremely intense and difficult delivery, I have to say it was all worth it. As I look at my two perfect babies, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

IUI #"s1 - 3 (Femara + IUI) April - June 2013 - all BFN
Decided to do IVF... Began stimming on September 10th! Egg Retrieval 9/20/13. 19 eggs: 6 to mature to freeze after 6 fertilized with ICSI
3 morula stage embryos transferred on 9/25/13.....Beta #1 on 10/4/13/ = 7.5 Beta #2 on 10/6/13 = negative
IVF#2 - Lupron plan (set to begin on 10/28/13) (Planning on thawing and fertilizing our 6 eggs with ICSI as well as all of the mature eggs they retrieve with this fresh cycle.)
Late October 2013 - ectopic pregnancy - methotrexate injection....benched 3 months
CD1 - 12/5/13...Lupron set to start on 12/26/13; CD1 - 1/2/14....Baseline 1/3/14....begin follistim tonight and continue with lupron. (Got my calendar today! IVF#2 is a go!)
ER = 1/14/14 (11 eggs....9 were mature. 9 fertilized. Of the 6 mature eggs we thawed, only 4 fertilized. At this time, we have 13 eggs fertilized and growing. Waiting for news about a 3-day or 5-day transfer.)
ET = 1/19/14 (5dt).....3 blastocysts transferred! (All nine embryos didn't make it to freeze. =( )

IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved. 1 fertilized with ICSI. Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims. ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching! No frosties but hoping we won't need it! Beta 5/4/14- 444(8dp5dt), Beta #2 10dp5dt 1002! THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT!!!!!!!!!! First US 5/15 we saw two of the most beautiful gestational and yolk sacs I have ever seen!
