I've been waiting on my period to start so I can schedule my HSG test. My period has been late before, but it is been over 60 days late this time. I called my RE and she said to come in for blood work to test if I have ovulated this month. If not, she is going to call in a prescription to my pharmacy to kick start my period. Has anyone had this before? Will the medication they give me make my periods extra heavy? BTW - PCOS stinks!

I guess I am the odd ball here....when my AF is induced by Provera it is a beast. I mean she doesn't even knocking before coming, so no spotting just full force flow. I have also found that my flow is heavier and more cramping as well.
But normal AF after ovulation is not like this at all and it only last for like 3 days.
