So, I had this weird crampy sensation when I was leaving my sister's house about an hour ago. By the time I got home 15 minutes later, my panties were wet. Not soaking or anything, but pretty damp on the entire lined area. I've been having discharge similar to ovulation for the past few days, and that's what it looked like when I wiped. I'm still getting cramps on and off, but nothing particularly painful, and LO is still very active. I changed panties when I got home about a half hour ago, and they're a tiny bit wet, but not like the one's I had to change when I got home. Do you ladies think I could be leaking, or am I just a paranoid first timer when it comes to third tri?
I would just hate to call my OB and go to L&D for a sweaty vag... It's summer in the desert here...
***UPDATE***
So we are not having having a baby soon, but they're running a few tests because I have some unusual discharge, cervical pain, and a pretty decent headache. My cervix is locked up like Fort Knox, and my baby is currently fighting with the monitors.
****Final Update****
It seems like it was a combination of peeing my pants (wet panties), Braxton Hicks (abdominal pain), and a yeast infection that had been asymptomatic so far(cervical pain)... The doctor and nurse were awesome, and I was only at the hospital 2 hours!

I wish I could be of help, but I have no idea. I know that increased discharge & sweat is common, but I don't know what's the difference between regular and worth calling over. My default is to call if I'm worried at all. Good luck!!!

Lurking... when in doubt, call. Could be either. Has LOs movement pattern changed? I had low fluid at delivery with dd (no know water rupture prior) and an indicator of that was her movement being more subdued and less frequent.

My LO is a maniac.... That is the only reason I posted first instead of calling right away. I drank a Dr. Pepper at my sister's and now he's wiggly.

It can't hurt to call, but I've had lots of discharge for most of this pregnancy and wear panty liners daily because of it so it might just be normal pregnancy discharge.

I called and she just called back (she was delivering a baby), and I'm heading to L&D now to test and see if it's amniotic fluid, or just crazy pregnancy discharge...
