Sleep regression

My twins are 8 months old. From about 4-6 months they slept through the night. Now all of asudden they will not sleep, up every 2 hours just crying. Any suggestions? I can't try the cry it out method because one wakes the other up.

    I'm guessing it's due to the developmental growth their going through right now. Our little girl is doing the same thing. But I do let her CIO within reason. Her brother has learned to sleep through and vice versa. For us it's been every third night she's fussy and has a hard time sleeping.
