Post partum bleeding

Hi ladies so I'm 6 weeks out and yesterday I went for a walk which isn't the first time I've gone lots but it noticed a little spotting when I got home and it's been like that all day and into today...normal right? I'm just looking for some validation lol I guess I didn't expect to still have some spotting after activity this far out....I must have way overdone it
Anyone else have this happen?

    I was done at week 5. Started spotting at week six and sure enough it was my period! But I think it's normal if not your period.

    I think any form of bleeding (not super heavy with clots obviously) would be normal for a while. Especially if your BF. Or if your taking BC. It takes a while for a cycle to regulate and get back to "normal"

    Normal as long as it's not super heavy and you're not passing large clots. I quit bleeding at exactly 4 weeks but still have a little spotting after physical activity.

    My bleeding tapered around week 2/3 .. Sometimes subsided altogether for a day or so.. Now I'm 5 weeks out and have been bleeding with little clots for about a week.. I'm just rolling with it.. I wouldn't worry.. Just female fun :/

    Mine tapered off to spotting between 3 and 4 weeks. It just started picking up again the other day, still light but enough to go back to a pad. I'm 5 weeks now.,

    I'm 6 weeks PP still bleeding OB said no sex til it stops :( If I'm still bleeding past 10 weeks PP I'm supposed to come back in again.

    Mine had tapered off to discharge and a few days ago turned into blood again! It's not super bright or heavy, so I'm not worried but wtf if it's my period already?!

    I am terrified to use tampons. And I can't stand pads. When DH and I tried to DTD there were a couple spots that rubbed. Definitely don't want to irritate it with dry cotton. I'm seriously considering the diva cup anyway.

    Mine ended up lasting, after I though it stopped twice, 7 weeks.

    Exactly my situation ladies I've stopped around 3 weeks then at
    4 ish weeks it was heavier for a few days then gone with light spotting then completely gone and now boom spotting to light bleeding again at 6 weeks! Ugh my ob post partum appointment is Monday and I'm hoping to start the mini pill..also sick of pads and liners I can't wait to be cleared for tampons (had a c section)

    It's a brand of menstrual cup. Basically it's a reusable cup you put up in your vagina during your period. It holds more than a tampon so doesn't have to be worried as often and there's no risk of tss. Weird concept at first but cheaper and more convenient imo.

    Im jealous. 9 weeks pp and still bleeding. Not heavy but enough for a pad and or tampon im so over it

    OMG I love the Diva cup!! I actually have the La Luna Cup and used it for a year before pregnancy. Takes a lil practice to get the hang of it but never had any leaks or problems. Best choice ever 100%.
